We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Manager to join a well-established residential aged care home in Regional Queensland. About the Role

As Clinical Manager, you will provide leadership and oversight of all clinical operations, ensuring exceptional care delivery and ongoing compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards. This role allows you to focus on clinical leadership while being supported by a strong management structure.

Staff Structure & Support

• 2 x Clinical Nurses (CNs) reporting directly to the Clinical Manager

• Supported by a non-clinical Service Manager, enabling clear role focus

• Fully compliant home with established systems and processes

• Stable, collaborative and supportive leadership team

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical governance and oversight of care delivery

• Leadership, mentoring and development of clinical staff

• Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards

• Clinical risk management and continuous improvement

• Partnering with the Service Manager to support overall site performance

About You

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration

• Proven experience in a Clinical Manager or senior clinical leadership role within aged care

• Strong knowledge of accreditation, compliance and clinical governance

• Confident, approachable leader with excellent communication skills

• Passion for resident-centred care and team development
